Walter received his Associates of Science in Drafting Technology at East Central College in Union, Missouri in 1996.  He then went on to Central Missouri State University in Warrensburg, Missouri where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Drafting Technology in 1998.  Since then, Walter has taken several classes at Johnson County Community College in Overland Park, Kansas and is currently enrolled at the University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kansas pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering to become a structural engineer. 

Walter has worked with CEO Structural Engineers, Inc. since its incorporation in January, 2002.
