Phil received his Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering at the University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kansas in 2002.   He passed the Fundamentals of Engineering exam in the Spring of 2001.  He interned under Christopher E. Orlando during the fall semester of his senior year.  Phil succeeded in passing the Principles and Practice exam on the first try in October 2006.

Additionally, Phil single-handedly designed and built the computer network currently used at CEO Structural Engineers, Inc.  Phil also had the unique vision to design the layout of this website. 

Phil has worked with CEO Structural Engineers, Inc. since his graduation, June, 2002.
