Our Scope:       Save the project from being trashed by completely re-designing building

Detail all concrete

Upgrade existing concrete columns

Perform special inspections

 

Features:

Designed tunnel in basement

Braced retaining wall using slab to support top

Re-designed roof framing

Design clerestory framing

Design 6’ – 7’ cantilevered atrium made of reinforced concrete

Designed crazy lintels on North wall

Ran girders between columns to adjust bays for a balanced moment and creating a consistent depth and pan joist system with 32’ – 27’ – 22’ bays with 0 deflection.
