Our Scope:      Design for renovations to convert from barn into conference center

 

Features:

Designed underpinning for stone wall foundation under entire south wall to allow for new elevator pit

Cut wide holes through existhing brick wall

Stiffened roof with new steel trusses

Designed mullion – T with pipe welded onto opposite end to keep 12’ glass sheets from cracking
